We use the best security and encryption measures available, including 128 Bit SSL protection, to ensure safe payments and privacy for all our online activity. No credit card details are retained. Access is freely available for anyone to browse the site for information and to see how help may be obtained, but there are no follow-ups or 'spams', nor will any record of an unregistered visit be kept. To use our services, clients will have a unique identity and password of their choosing.

The Company has the latest Firewall protection and all incoming and outgoing communications are encrypted. We also have our own dedicated server with 24-hour surveillance management. The Company is registered under the Data Protection Act. No personal information will be passed to third parties without written consent, subject only to the requirements of English Law.
All our administrative staff have been carefully selected and are bound by a Contract of Confidentiality, as are all our practitioners, who are also bound by their professional Codes.

The British Psychological Society
is the profession's governing body, incorporated by Royal Charter.
Their duty is " to preserve and nurture the discipline of psychology on behalf of the nation."
By law, only qualified, experienced and approved members may practice using the title 'Chartered Psychologist' and
the letters 'C.Psychol' after their name.
