Most of our clients come to us with some idea of where they feel they need support but others are not sure where the problem lies. Our practitioners will help you decide how you would like to move forward with the service and can help you to define a comfortable pace and direction for your treatment.

If you are unsure about your therapy needs, and would like to discuss this with one of our qualified practitioner beforehand, you can arrange to have an initial exploratory consultation. You will be able to ask questions about PsychologyOnline and about how we think your treatment could progress.
