Stress is different for everyone and everyone has a different level of stress tolerance. Ironically, a certain amount of stress is actually beneficial because it ensures that the body and mind are functioning to their maximum potential.

However, when stress levels rise to an extent that performance becomes impaired, steps need to be taken to consider more effective ways of managing the symptoms and causes.

In order to reduce uncomfortable or destructive levels of stress, we will help you to identify, understand and confront some of the key mental attitudes, personal beliefs and behaviours that may underlie the ways in which you habitually respond to the stress factors in your life.

One-off exploratory consultations

Most of our clients come to us with some idea of where they feel they need support but others are not sure where the problem lies. Our practitioners will help you decide how you would like to move forward with the system and can help you to define a comfortable pace and direction for your treatment.
