Camilla Poncia
I am a chartered Counselling Psychologist with over 5 years experience working with adults and adolescents. I have recently been part of a very busy NHS team working in GP surgeries. My areas of knowledge and expertise include Anxiety, Depression, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Panic Attacks as well as Bereavement, Loss, Relationship Issues and many more. I mainly use Cognitive Behavioural Therapy as an approach to help my clients learn to understand the root of their problems and find useful ways of dealing with them and learning to cope in the long term. However I feel it is important to structure therapy according to clients needs and therefore can also draw on my extensive experience of other therapeutic techniques such as person-centred, psychodynamic, systemic and coaching principles. I am an accredited member of the British Psychological Society.
