I am a Counselling Psychologist with extensive experience of working with adults, adolescents and families with mental health and emotional problems. I work in the NHS with adults in crisis, and am used to dealing with a wide range of problems and issues. I work to empower my clients to understand and deal with the problems they are facing. I can help you with many issues including depression, anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, adjusting to illness and bereavement. I tailor my approach to each individual according to their needs."
