stress tolerance. Ironically, a certain amount of stress is actually
beneficial because it ensures that the body and mind are functioning
to their maximum potential.
However, when stress levels rise to an extent that performance
becomes impaired, steps need to be taken to consider more effective
ways of managing the symptoms and causes.

the ways in which you habitually respond to the stress factors in
