All of us experience some
levels of anxiety at various times in our lives but anxiety can
become so overwhelming that it is debilitating. Severe anxiety is
sometimes felt through mood changes or intolerance of others, and
can be related to specific fears e.g. health worries or social worries,
or it can be more generalised.
Anxiety can affect concentration
levels and some anxiety sufferers begin to avoid people or situations
and start to lose interest in the things that used to give pleasure.
If high levels of anxiety continue to be experienced, people frequently
suffer a loss of self-confidence and become depressed.

If you are unsure about your therapy needs, and would like to discuss
this with one of our qualified practitioners beforehand, you can
