of anger management therapy is to understand, reduce and learn to
cope with the unhelpful thoughts that can lead to excess anger.
Anger is a normal human emotion
and in normal circumstances is not an illness. Anger is also unique
to each individual and this is why there is no standard way of approaching
it. Instead, we address the history of anger and what factors build
up to trigger it as a first step in devising appropriate forms of
control.
ONE-OFF EXPLORATORY CONSULTATIONS
Most of our clients come to us with some idea of where they
feel they need support but others are not sure where the problem
lies. Our practitioners will help you decide how you would like
to move forward with the system and can help you to define a comfortable
pace and direction for your treatment.
If you are unsure about your therapy needs, and would like to discuss
